Question 1

How is the fare for an outstation cab from Pune calculated?

Accepted Answer

Outstation fares are per kilometre with a daily minimum of 250 km for cars and 300 km for mini buses. The total is (kilometres travelled x per-km rate) + driver allowance + applicable toll and state permit. For a round trip the running is calculated from garage to garage. You see the full breakdown before you confirm.

Question 2

Which vehicle should I book for a family of five going to Mahabaleshwar?

Accepted Answer

An Ertiga is sufficient for five adults with three medium bags. If you are carrying more than three bags, travelling with senior citizens, or going during monsoon, we recommend the Innova Crysta - the higher ground clearance and softer suspension make the 35 hairpin bends on the Pasarni ghat considerably more comfortable.

Question 3

Do you provide a roof carrier and is it charged extra?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every sedan, MPV and SUV in our fleet can be fitted with a lockable roof carrier at no extra cost, but it must be requested at the time of booking so the vehicle is prepared before pickup. Mini buses carry luggage in the rear cabin and on the roof rack as standard.

Question 4

How early should I book an airport transfer from Pune?

Accepted Answer

For Pune Airport we ask for 3 hours notice, and for Mumbai Airport we recommend booking the previous day. Our dispatch team tracks your flight number, so a delayed arrival does not cost you the cab. We coordinate the pickup time dynamically based on your flight arrivals.

Question 5

Are your drivers verified and do the vehicles have GPS?

Accepted Answer

Every driver holds a commercial badge, has police verification on file and has a minimum of five years of highway experience. All vehicles are GPS-tracked, and you get a live tracking link plus the driver name and photo on WhatsApp one hour before pickup.

Question 6

Can I book a one-way drop without paying for the return?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on high-frequency corridors such as Pune-Mumbai, Pune-Shirdi and Pune-Nashik we run one-way drop fares because we have a returning vehicle on the same route. On other routes a one-way booking is priced at a discounted round-trip rate.

Question 7

Do you handle multi-day pilgrimage circuits?

Accepted Answer

We run Ashtavinayak (3 days), Shirdi-Shani Shingnapur-Trimbakeshwar (2 days), Jyotirlinga circuits and Pandharpur-Akkalkot itineraries with drivers who know darshan timings, prasad counters and where a 20-seater can actually park.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept and is GST invoicing available?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash. GST invoices are issued for every booking and emailed within the hour, which is why most Hinjawadi and Kharadi companies keep a monthly account with us.
